LATENT-K ("we", "our", "us") is a developer tool for AI coding assistants. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and how long we keep it. We collect the minimum necessary to operate the service.

License data is stored in Cloudflare's infrastructure with access restricted to authorized personnel. License keys are cryptographically signed with RSA and cannot be forged or tampered with.
LATENT-K is a developer tool intended for users 16 years or older. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
We may update this policy. Material changes will be announced via email to active license holders. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
