LATENT-K ("we", "our", "us") is a developer tool for AI coding assistants. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and how long we keep it. We collect the minimum necessary to operate the service.

We do not collect: browsing history, code content, AI conversation content, or any data from your local projects.

2. Legal Basis for Processing

For EU/EEA users (GDPR), we process your data under the following bases:

• Contract performance — email and license data are necessary to deliver the service you requested.
• Legitimate interest — IP-based abuse prevention and usage analytics to operate and improve the service.

3. Data Sharing

We share data with the following third parties, only as necessary:

• Stripe — payment processing. Your payment card data is handled exclusively by Stripe and never stored by us. See Stripe's Privacy Policy.
• Resend — transactional email delivery (license keys). See Resend's Privacy Policy.
• Cloudflare — infrastructure and data storage. See Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.

We do not sell or share your personal data with any other third parties.

4. Emails We Send

We only send transactional emails: license key delivery, renewal confirmations, and essential account notices. We do not send marketing emails.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate data.
• Request deletion of your data (subject to contractual and legal obligations).
• For EU/EEA users: lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

6. Data Security

License data is stored in Cloudflare's infrastructure with access restricted to authorized personnel. License keys are cryptographically signed with RSA and cannot be forged or tampered with.

7. Children

LATENT-K is a developer tool intended for users 16 years or older. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy. Material changes will be announced via email to active license holders. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
